Fishing with BBC & Julian Lewis Jones

Film crew from BBC visit our company this week in Sudureyri with the actor Julian Lewis Jones. Their project is to make TV mixed fishing film for next Christmas. Sadly on their arriving day there was a heavy storm in Iceland and also in the West Fjords as well. Anyway, we tried our best to fish for few hours out in the Sugandafjord in the worst conditions there is. One smiling Catfish bite on and the guy's smiled back. Because of the drift and heavy storm we didn't caught large Cod's but hopfully Julian will come back next year for the large fish.

Julian Lewis Jones is a famous British actor, born in Anglesey - Wales 1968. He has appeared largely in British television in shows such as "Where the Heart Is" in 2009. Also he starred in Clint Eastwood drama film " Invictus" as the head of Nelson Mandela's bodyguard team, Etienne Feyder. He spend two month's with Morgan Freeman, Matt Damon and Clint Eastwood making the film "Invictus". Some say he is the local Welsman who remember his roots.

Julian also likes to fish during his spare time around the world and in his trip to Sudureyri he caught few nice Cod's on his spinning rod and Pollack's as well. It was nice meeting him here and the tv crew was happy with their short trip to Sudureyri in spide of the heavy storm. I whis them all the best.
